The cleaning staff entered my room without permission, even though I told the staff supervisor that I would be departing and checking out after breakfast. Huge violation of privacy to find my room door full ajar and my wide open suitcases all over the floor for passerby's to see. Very embarrassing. This is not the first time this has happened. I will NOT stay here again. Try Holiday Inn on the same site.

There doing construction on the property. The rooms facing the back of the property have to deal with noise, very dirty construction area and local construction workers walking constantly back and forth past your window. Guests should be warned to not request the rooms with the city view. I had to switch rooms 3 times during my stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is in OK condition. Well painted, towels and sheets are good quality. Bathroom in general and mattresses could definitely be in better conditions.
