Welcome to a lovely 3 bedroom apartment situated on a Christmas tree farm with over 2000 trees, while also overlooking a beautiful Park.

The apartment is on the second floor, with private screened in balcony where you can sit and have dinner.

All the while cooking your steaks on the Brazilian BBQ fogon that is also on the balcony.

The apartment as an open concept living dining area, 3 bedrooms of which one with an ensuite. Full laundry room with washer and dryer and a full hallway bathroom.

Great apartment for short or longer term stay, close to the city yet right on the outskirts so you get great weather and fresh air and no closed in garage. Always great daylight and views all year round.

Great for a few days away, personal retreat, or a few nights stay before going home if you are from abroad.

We are about 45 min from the International airport and your neighbors are wonderful international families.

Free parking on the property for one car and absolutely safe.
