This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

One designated parking.

Other things to note:
This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

Really appreciated the hosts communication, providing bottled water, and the cleanliness of the unit. Not the fault of the host, but the torrential downpour each day thumped on the metal window air conditioning which made it a challenge to sleep in the front bedroom along with some street noise. Great central location and safe parking was appreciated!

Nice place. Clean, good communication. Nice light-blocking curtains. They did warn about the traffic. There are 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom is quite quiet, but the front bedroom gets some traffic noise, especially because the air conditioner in the window is not sealed very well so you get air and sound coming in from the outside. Although the traffic does really quiet down from 10-6am, on a rainy winter weeknight at least, and with earplugs it didn't bother me.

Cute clean, comfortable. Excellent location with access to San Jose, both sides of bay, etc. Easy quick trip to Saratoga and Mountain Winery for concerts. Easy access to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and even to Santa Cruz and the ocean. Had a great time, was a great place to unwind after a long active day.

Perfect family getaway

It was perfect for a family of 4. Even though it was right off the main road, it was never hard to get in and out. My son broke the shower handle and the host was very nice and friendly. He was quick to respond and assured us not to worry about anything. It was fixed by the time we came back in the afternoon. Awesome!! We will most definitely stay here again if we ever come back to San Jose.

Great Spot in San Jose

The location was perfect and made getting around easy. We were in town for a friend's wedding and it was great to each have our own room and a washer and dryer. The bed sheets were sooooo soft. I'd definitely stay again!

Wir waren zu Besuch in den USA, konnten dort aber nicht wohnen. Das kleine Haus war perfekt mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Der Vermieter war super nett, immer erreichbar und hat alle WĂŒnsche schnell erfĂŒllt (1HeizlĂŒfter im Bad 1 Dosenöffner, die Reparatur des GeschirrspĂŒlergriffs etc - dabke !
