This hotel was just wonderful. The owners helped us a lot . They set us up with transportation for the rest of the trip . The view in the lodge was just amazing.

Staying at the lodge is like staying with family. Sergeo and his wife were very accommodating with meals as needed and tourist information. Very Pleased with my 2 week stay.

The owners were so nice! We got in late because it's flight was delayed and they made sure to stay up to get us checked in. Such a cute place amd very safe. Highly recommended!

we had a wonderful two days at this place. Sergio and his wife were very sweet, the breakfast in the morning was excellent as well as the coffee. You won’t find a better view, nicer people or a nicer place to stay. If you were looking for a true Costa Rican experience with outstanding hospitality, this is the place!!!

Beautiful property with a pool, gorgeous mountain views and the MOST comfortable beds. Sergio was super helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again! It's super convenient for coming from or going to the airport.

Uruka Lodge is family operated. They are willing to give airport shuttle rides at various times. They were so friendly and willing to help. I stayed for less than 24 hours on my way to the airport. They packed us fruit for our early morning departure and were so kind when they dropped us off at the airport.

Room was clean. Shared bathroom was not. Although a Continental breakfast was supposed to be available all I could get was a piece of fruit. There was no coffee, hot water or milk for the cereal. I must say I was impressed with the management making sure to be available when we got there at 11:00pm to let us in. That was the most important thing was a safe place to stay the night before getting on the road the next morning

Es perfecto, el lugar, el atardecer, la comida y hospitalidad a la vez que profesionalidad de Sergio, Andrea y la familia es increíble. Tienen servicio de recogida en aeropuerto súper eficaz, de rápida respuesta y a 15 minutos de distancia. Sin coche es también recomendable ya que hay buses tanto para Alajuela, como para el mall o San José. Hay taxis siempre cerca y está en el campo con un atardecer precioso al lado de la piscina. Me ayudaron también con la mochila que no podía llevar conmigo todo el viaje. Es un gusto con tanta ayuda y a la vez dejar tanto respeto y privacidad. Pura vida!

Wir waren als Pärchen da und leider hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht so gut gefallen. Es gab wenig Privatsphäre. Unser Bad war nicht vom Zimmer aus zugänglich, sondern über den Gang. Die Unterkunft wirkte nicht sehr sauber und eher wie eine große Wohngemeinschaft. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett.

Andrea was comprehensive enough to let us in around midnight! A small door bell would have been a nice way to signal our presence without the wake of the dogs of the neighbors. Sweet little place, nice view and charming host. Cheers!

Le domaine est très beau, vue du coucher de soleil extra. Service exceptionnel, personnel attentionné avec le soucis d'aider. Les chambres laissent un peu à désirer côté propreté. Beaucoup de poussière, notre chambre avait un grand espace en haut du mur ou tout pouvait entrer. Sentais beaucoup l'humidité.

La propreté était passable dans les chambres. Les draps vieux et tachés. Pas de frigo et d'eau en bouteille de disponible sur place. Les installations sont très vieux. Par contre, endroit très sécuritaire avec barrière et le propriétaire est sympatique. Le déjeuné, très simpliste. Article divers achetés à l'épicerie (non cuisiné sur place) et servis sur une table.

Entiendo que se puede tratar de empezar un negocio ,pero si hay muchas carencias , la piscina estaba muy sucia ,nos ofrecieron una cena con fresco y nunca nos dieron el fresco y venia cobrado en el costo. La entrada o el corredor del Lobby muy descuidado , tenían mejores habitaciones que la que adquirimos y no nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cambiar ,claro que hubiera pagado por estar en mejor habItacion ,dice que contaban con Wifi y tampoco la red tenia Datos Hago la observación debido a que pude haber pasado una mejor noche , pero no me ofrecieron disponibilidad y habitaciones con mejor ubicación, el segundo día pedí de tomar por que el Menú indicaban que tenía y me respondieron de eso no hay se acabó ayer , lo cual veo de mala manera el menú solo tiene 8 artículos , Ellos son buenas personas pero el negocio hay que verlo como lo que es y está mal el servicio
