Casa de Sol sits directly on the powdery sands of tranquil Playa Marsella and just 6.5 Km north of bustling San Juan Del Sur.  You can feel safe and comfortable on our pristine 1/2 mile beach which we share with only a handful of other houses.  Wake up to the chirping of birds, the howling of monkeys and the song of the waves.

The house is simply and tastefully furnished and you'll have everything you need for an amazing vacation. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, so there is room for everybody!  The lushly landscaped, expansive patio opens up onto the sand.  Kids will be playing in the gentle surf and sand as you lounge in a hammock and read or just snooze.  There is plenty of outdoor furniture for entertaining and non-stop pool parties.  Slice up pineapple, watermelon and mangoes in the outdoor kitchen while barbequing seafood caught by local fishermen.  The upstairs balcony is the perfect setting to enjoy cocktails in the glow of the technicolor sunsets. 

Explore the pre-historic rock formations along the coast with ocean kayaks.  Walk to several small restaurants nearby to sample the local cuisine. Famous surfing beach Maderas, is just 5 minutes north.  Time your vacation right and observe the miracle of Olive Ridley turtles hatching on the beach.  After a short ride to town enjoy walking around the colorful, active cobblestone streets of San Juan Del Sur for great shopping and restaurants. However, you will look forward to returning to the sanctuary of Casa Del Sol on the Beach.
