Amazing views overlooking the water

The view and location is amazing. The property is OK but a little older and not very well-maintained. The building had one working elevator that was slow at times, but they were having a new elevator installed and was almost complete. The property is located in between a nice area and a not so nice area. Everything seemed safe though as families were out at night and the complex is locked with security. Getting from the parking space to the condo took some time and involved several flights of stairs, but it’s not an issue for able-bodied people. The condo could use some minor improvements like furniture and bedding, but we would definitely return regardless. We had an amazing time on the island.

Don't trust pictures of property

Only the view of the ocean was nice looking from the 20th floor but that's it can not swim or enjoy the beach because is flag red dangerous current. Going 20 floors thru the stairs up or down because the elevator did not work almost everyday was not fun at all, the electricity was on and off, swimming pool was close and has not chairs to lay down, the entrance gate has not remote control so if guard was not available you have to wait up to 30 minutes to drive in. Property. Apartment door locks did not open from the inside and one of the bedrooms knob lock was stuck for hours with somebody inside till finally we opened it. Host was notified show up to property but elevator was not working host said was a disabled person could not go 20 floors thru the stairs. The tower building needs a lot repairs Definitely stay was not pleasant not recommended

The property was nice. We had some issues getting into the condo. All keys provided were at the parking spot, but there was a keybox on the gate, making you think they key for the door was in that keybox. Key for door is for handle (not deadbolt) and handle needs to go up to enter. Would have like to see some recommendations for local/near property dining experiences. Beach not for swimming but you do have access to the beach.

The parking is under neath the condo, you have to park and walk up a few flight open a door walk through a hallway then unlock a door walk up a few flights to end up in the lobby then take the broken down elevator. Not convenient with kids, cooler, chairs, sand bucket, umbrella, well you get it. The bathroom was filthy. we only had AC in the bedrooms opening the balcony doors (which was broken) did nothing but let HOT air in. Host was great, response was great. Oh wait! very difficult to find the condo. You will get lost. View is beautiful location is great! The beach is not for swimming.

Nice but needs a lot of updates. Better communication/ information packet about the amenities would be so helpful. Had to contact owner several times to get information on the WiFi password, where laundry room was located. Parking spot not convenient at all. It’s nice to be in a gated area although it was hell to get in and out. Many times had to wait 10-15 mins as the guard had a sign that they were doing rounds. Elevator was broke one day had to go up and down 20 flights of stairs. Pool nice but no chairs to sit. AC’s in the rooms were not the greatest. One was so full of debris in filter after I cleaned, it worked a little better. No AC in living/kitchen area. Vents were extremely dirty, especially the bathroom.

Overall our stay was great! The ocean breeze and the view are amazing. As others mentioned, the elevators are a bit anxiety inducing. And if you have any mobility issues this might not be the place for you. From the parking spot in the garage under the building you have to walk up 3.5 flights of stairs before you can get on the elevator.

Located to many activities and excursions

This property is situated in an up-and-coming area with excellent access to activities and excursions, and it's conveniently located near the highway. While the unit boasts an amazing view, we were disappointed by its dated and run-down condition, which was not accurately depicted in the pictures or reviews. The mattresses and pillows were old and flat, resulting in three restless nights for my husband. Quality bedding is essential for rental properties. Additionally, the living room furniture was uncomfortable and in need of updating. We also had safety concerns during our stay. One of the elevators broke down, leaving a person trapped for an extended period until they were rescued between the 10th and 11th floors. Furthermore, some outlets sparked when we plugged in chargers, and numerous items in the unit were broken, including blinds and cabinets. My daughter couldn't sleep in due to the broken blinds. Although the owner was responsive and accommodating, several updates are needed. For instance, while the countertops have been painted, the sticky and unsightly finish suggests they require proper renovation. If location is your sole priority, this place may suffice; however, for those seeking safety and comfort, it falls short. In summary, our experience felt akin to staying in a college dormitory. With the right care and updates, this property has the potential to be charming.

Clean room, outdated property, beautiful view

The unit was clean and pretty good overall. It was obviously old and needed some repairs. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Having the doors open, with the sea air blowing in, was nice. The property and building needs a lot of work; it's very outdated and run-down. We kept worrying that the elevators would stop working. It is difficult to get to the beach, which you also can't swim at; the current is too strong. It was a pretty beach, but not good for swimming. Overall, we had a good stay and the unit worked well for us.

Breath taking views

The views will absolutely take your breath away. The patio opens up into the living room, so you can always hear the ocean. There were ample amenities, cabinets had plenty of dishes for use. The beach is directly in front of the condo and is great for snorkeling. El Yunque is a short drive away, and Luquillo has a few different restaurants walking distance from the condo. Though the positives most certainly outweigh the negatives, I do need to plaint out that there is no AC outside of the bedrooms, which can make things humid and warm. The parking garage has a broken elevator, so there are some additional stairs to take to get back to the ground level. Overall, I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing Stay

The pictures in the listing are great, then you arrive and are blown away!!!! It's all about the view!!! 20th floor and ocean side is amazing. Open the balcony accordion doors and prepare to have your breath taken away. Don't forget to open the sliders in the bedroom and sleep with the sound of the ocean!!! A few steps out the back and your toes are in the sand. Melvin was an amazing host. Very responsive, attentive and there to help. We asked for recommendations in the area for local restaurants and everywhere he suggested was better than we expected. He even assisted with ferry schedules to the other islands and booking recommendations for our excursions. If we come back to PR, the is the first place I am checking for availability!!
