This property is located in Colinas del Yunque, Río Grande, one of the most convenient areas on Puerto Rico’s east coast. You’ll be within minutes of beautiful beaches, El Yunque National Rainforest, casinos, restaurants, bars, water activities, excursions, horseback riding, ATV tours, marinas, and many other attractions. Most popular destinations can be reached within 10–15 minutes by car, making this the perfect home base to explore everything the area has to offer.

Backup Utilities

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with a water cistern and solar power system. In the event of a city-wide water or power outage, your stay should remain comfortable and uninterrupted.

Occupancy & Visitors

• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Visitors are not allowed at any time during the stay.
• Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
• Events, parties, gatherings, celebrations, and commercial activities are not permitted.

Quiet Hours

• The property is located in a residential community.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disturbances are not permitted.
• To respect our neighbors, music volume should be significantly lowered after 9:30 PM.

Pool Safety

• The pool safety fence is installed for child safety and may not be removed, altered, or tampered with.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.
• No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool.
• No glass containers in the pool area.
• No food, detergents, soaps, chemicals, or foreign substances may be introduced into the pool.

Property Care

• Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, stains, missing items, broken items, or misuse of the property will be charged to the responsible guest through the booking platform.
• Please help us maintain the property in excellent condition for future guests.

Parking

• Vehicles may only be parked in designated parking areas provided by the host.
• Parking in unauthorized areas may result in towing or fines imposed by the community.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.
• Guests must vacate the property by the scheduled check-out time unless prior written approval has been granted.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed throughout the outdoor areas of the home, including entrances, driveway, parking areas, patio, pool area, and other exterior spaces.

There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Guest privacy is fully respected, and no cameras are located in any interior living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, or common indoor areas.
