If you are looking for the best view and overlooking the beach, this place is a good value. We had our minor issues with check in, access in and out of the property (by vehicle), wi-fi, temperature inside of the space other than the bedroom and low water pressure in the shower. Abdel communicated before our stay, and called me back within 10 minutes of not having anyone answer at the gate, but did not send great instructions on what to expect upon arriving at property. I would recommend an email before arriving states: pull up to gate on left, press dial (instructions are in Spanish, Edificio 1 is Building 1), if nobody answers, press dial again until someone does, explain what building and room you are in, and then they will let you in. Buzz the front door, check in at counter, and when you get to the room, there is a lock box on the door, the code is ****. I recommend Abdel get a key fob to make entry easier for guests and to keep the line from piling up behind you, charge guests a fee if they lose it. Property was very secure, keys needed to get in basically any door within the grounds (and even to exit the grounds). Kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, everything you would need and a coffee maker and filters. Probably typical, but only bedroom is cooled and the AC unit is on the balcony, so when it is running the balcony is very hot, as is the living room and rest of space.The view is unbeatable, and everything you need and dining is walkable or just across t
