This newly renovated property is perfect for large families or a group of friends. The private home is located in the most desirable Condado neighborhood of San Juan. It is situated only half a block from the Condado Lagoon, and it is a short walk to the beach, and the best restaurants & shopping on the famous Ashford Ave in Condado San Juan. The home is equipped with a full size generator as well as a back up water supply to ensure you can enjoy every minute of your stay. Like your favorite hotels, we do not charge a separate cleaning fee!

The main level of the home features your living space, kitchen & dining areas. You can also enjoy a unique and cozy reading nook. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a meal and we provide a starter supply of coffee, creamer and sweeteners. The living room has a flat screen TV as well as Air Conditioning. The entire house is fit with custom blinds to help keep the home comfortable during hot days.
Down the hall you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom on the first floor has a King Size bed with a memory foam mattress, hotel style linens and 4 pillows. The rooms all have closets with full-length mirrors, and additional shelving for storage. Upon check-in, you will find all bedrooms stocked with additional towels and beach towels. The first floor bathroom has a walk-in shower and will be stocked with white towels, a hair dryer, and amenities like body wash and shampoo.
The second floor features 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These include 1 room with a King bed and 3 rooms with a Queen bed. One of the rooms also includes a desk with a chair and lamp in the event you do have to do some work while on your vacation. All upstairs bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, 4 pillows, closets with full-length mirrors and ample storage.

The bathrooms have been thoughtfully redesigned with unique tiles, glass shower and bath enclosures and all of the amenities you will need to get your day started, including a hair dryer in each bathroom.
This home is a unique find as almost no homes in the area have more than 1 king size bed while we have 3 rooms with a king size bed. We also believe in having more privacy in each room so each bedroom only has 1 bed.
Outside, you will find a newly landscaped oasis with decks and walk-ways to help you explore the large space. Enjoy the outdoor seating right outside the front door under a roof so you can enjoy the outdoors even if it rains. When you follow the deck towards the back of the property you will find an outdoor dining area with party lights above to create the perfect ambience. Opposite of the dining area you can enjoy the Spa! The 6 person Spa is a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking or walking the city. We have even built an outdoor cold-shower next to the Spa so you can rinse off before getting in. It is a great spot to rinse off the sand from your beach day without tracking it into the Spa or the house.
At the back of the property you will find additional seating, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and countertop. The grill and counter have been designed with a roof cover to help keep you and your food dry in the event of a light rain shower.
Parking is a premium in San Juan, but this home has ample space to park up to 4 cars inside the gated perimeter of the property.
