Fully updated three-bedroom apartment located in Fajardo across the street from The Villa Marina, where you can take charter boats to go fishing, catamarans, kayak tours & party boats. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you made need for your stay in Puerto Rico. Our apartment is located in a gated community, that also features a pool.
We are 15 minutes away from the ferries to Culebra, Vieques and other islands. There are also great restaurants in the area. Seven Seas Beach is 5 minutes away or Luquillo Beach is 15 minutes.
Its recommended you rent a car to get around Fajardo. We have free guest parking.

Great place
Just spend my vacation in. P.R last week in this property and I'll recommend 100 %. Very clean place, AC in every room and the Owner was always available to answer any questions. I will stay at this property again no doubt. Property is close to everything.

Finding and accessing the property was a problem. Poor communication of location and access prior to arrival on site. With no street names or property numbers on the street and no pictures of the property from the street, finding the property is "a hunt". Once we made contact with the host confidence increased but with good communication early and sufficient information about locating the specific property no contact with the host would be needed. We would not stay there again.

Very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen has everything you need and even more, in every room there is a TV, air conditioning and an alex speaker, there are accessories for a comfortable stay on the beach The community is very safe, with security cameras everywhere and locked gates at the entrance/exit. The beach is 8 minutes away. Next time we will only stay here.
