Very rude and unprofessional
The host Natalia was not freindly at all. When I checked in to the apt I found that the shower head in the 2nd bathroom was not working, the lights in the apt had sensor motion so we were constantly in the dark. The bathroom downstairs had no hot water. We tried communicating with the host serval times and she would only answer via text through the VRBO app. I asked her for a working number where she can be reached and she refused to give me her number. She finally found someone to come and fix everything that was not working. But, I had to literally called VRBO so that they can contact her and force her to do the repairs needed. Their was one time that someone a (male) picked up the call from the many I had place with no answer and he was very rude and said that if we didnt like where we were stayin we can pack up and go...elsewhere... They were very unprofessional. I will never stay there again!
