As I stated in the other survey, I would never send anyone to the Placid Suites. Take that picture down, there is no such area. Gates were broken, no safety anywhere. The room had a very STRONG order of bleach, we had to leave the door open for hours. So glad we did not have to sleep there. The room was very dark, the one window opened to the washer and dryer area.

The strong smell of bleach burned your eyes, had to leave the door open for hours. Hard to check in, no one was on site except for the cleaning staff. Never got a check-in code, and gates were never locked. Really scarey. Room is very small and dark. The washer and dryer were right outside our window.Hector was really helpful

Skip it!
We needed a place to stay last minute and booked the Placid Suites for a night. You get what you pay for---so pay a little more and stay somewhere else!! It's basically an unmanned apartment complex. Location is good, rooms are basic but clean. BUT, the rooms are so loud!! Other guests came back at 2am, were loud outside, then came back to their rooms playing music and singing until 4am. Absolutely horrible. Could have slept better at the airport.

Horrific experience finding bed bugs immediately upon entering the room dirty property with trash laying around.
