Clean room, spacious lobby and friendly service. Would have given 5 stars but the room wasn't ready despite a 4pm arrival time communication with the hotel. And actually.got.there at 5pm. Had to wait 20 minutes. Wasn't a big deal yet after a day of planes and airports, a ready room would have been so nice!

Clean room but when we tried to shower in the morning, there was no hot water!! When we reported that to management , we were told that they were aware that our room didn’t have hot water. We wondered why they placed us in that room! We’re requesting a refund from Expedia!!!

Had a great stay at Hotel Milano. It was so easy to access restaurants, attractions, dessert places cafes, and pharmacies. To top it off, before and during my visit the staff have been incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Clean rooms and the location is perfect! Hotel isn’t fully completed so there are no amenities to enjoy but the location is so convenient to everything in old San Juan it doesn’t matter.
