The staff was nice and we were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. The property is undergoing renovation and at times it was noisy. The room only had 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, no drinking glasses.

The room was nice but it didn’t get cleaned during our stay. We asked why and were told cleaning happens every 2 days, which is disappointing. Also, the front desk staff were not very attentive or welcoming.

Room service doesn’t come until the the third night of your stay. I had to request clean towels and rags and wait very long to receive them. No phone in the room to call down . You have to go to the front desk for everything which they do have someone 24hours! Our toilet overflow and they handed me the plugger and had me clean it up. I even reached out to management and nothing was done.

Solo travelled and the area was pretty safe, good coffee shop below and easy access to nearby beaches and you can get Ubers easily as well. Bathroom was small and no views in the room but good staff.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Missing faceclothes but that was our fault, as we checked in early. Signage at front of building was missing due to some renovations being done, but we figured it out. Would recommend.

The stay was very uncomfortable despite the staff trying as hard as they can— the infrastructure just isn’t there. Our first room was extremely noisy from the road and some kind of banging noise from 5 in the morning, perhaps from the coffee shop. No hot water. So the staff mentioned some excuses and changed us to another floor, another room. The same problems persisted. It was hard to sleep a full night and painful to take showers since we are used to hot showers. Both the rooms smelled musty all the time since there isn’t proper vent for the bathrooms. Rooms get extremely noisy because of thin walls— you hear everything from the road in your room. There is no hot water. We took cold- room temp water showers.
