Luxurious Penthouse Villa + Rooftop Terrace

Welcome to our newly remodeled, luxury beachfront, penthouse villa! Our two floor villa is located right across the street and only a few steps from the famous Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is only an hour drive from San Juan's Luis Munoz Marin airport (SJU). The building is very safe with a secured, gated access for cars and pedestrians and we’ve not had a safety issue with our guests. We have free parking for two cars inside our gated community. Our penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fabulous rooftop terrace that will take your breath away! It has beautiful ocean and mountain views and a tropical breeze that will make you want to stay forever. Our large rooftop terrace is private and no one else has access to it except you. Our villa was recently remodeled and professionally decorated to create a luxury ambiance that will help you relax and truly enjoy your stay!

Our 3500 square foot villa has brand-new air-conditioning units in all the rooms, including the living room. The kitchen has been updated with new, white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Our free high-speed internet has been upgraded to 300Mb per second and is working great. The villa has a 65” smart TV in the living room, a new TV in each room, a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and in-unit washer and dryer. It is tastefully furnished with a king sized bed in the primary suite and a queen sized bed in the two guest bedrooms. We have an air mattress available in case you need it in addition to a sofa bed. There is a full bathroom in the primary suite and a full bathroom for the two guest bedrooms to share. There is also a full bathroom available on the rooftop terrace. The main living area has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dining table for six and a beautifully decorated living area. It also has a nice size balcony with gorgeous views. A pack and play pen, highchair and air bed is available upon request. We also have beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. Our condo pool was recently remodeled and nicely kept with a children’s pool attached and playground on site. Our cleaning crew always leaves our villa spotless and pristine and we have the best property manager as you can read in our reviews.

As much as we know you will love the primary level, we are sure you won’t want to leave the private terrace level which is only accessed from inside our villa. A teak wood patio set under the shade and four lounge chairs under the sun will give you plenty of options to enjoy the terrace. A round dining table for 6 gives you an option to have an unforgettable al fresco dinner under the stars or a wonderful sunset cocktail hour. An outdoor shower, BBQ and wet bar completes the offer. Best of all, we have the most beautiful view of the Seven Seas Beach and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean and mountain views and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Relax with a glass of wine or champagne while you gaze at the stars and have breakfast mimosas as you admire the magnificent view. About the area:
Seven Seas Beach is one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches and was designated as a Blue Flag beach which means it has met their strict standards for water quality. It has an offshore reef that breaks the waves and makes it easy to swim and snorkel so it is perfect for families with children. In addition to Seven Seas, there are other beautiful beaches literally steps away. If you’d like a more secluded beach, you can take a short hike among mangrove trees from Seven Seas to Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach), Playa Colora or Playa del Gobernador. Famous Luquillo Beach is only 15 minutes away by car and world-renowned beaches like Flamenco Beach on the island of Culebra are a very short boat ride, catamaran ride or island hopper flight away. Las Cabezas de Fajardo Nature Reserve, with it’s awesome bioluminescent bay is just minutes away. Here you can kayak under the stars and touch the waters that sometimes glow with bioluminescent organisms (please verify with tour operators that the waters are glowing now). The kayaking tour is a lot of fun but does require that you be in good physical condition because you must paddle against the current. If you want to see the bio-organisms without paddling you can go on an electric boat ride.
If you want more excitement, visit the nearby islands of Culebra, Icacos and Vieques which provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters. A personal favorite is Culebra because of the gorgeous beaches and great snorkeling.

Another must see adventure is the El Yunque National Rainforest which is only 20 minutes away by car. Take a hike, enjoy the lush vegetation, green scenery, go ziplining and bathe under a waterfall for an unforgettable tropical experience. El Yunque is one of the most biologically diverse of the national forests hosting hundreds of plant and animal species.

If you want a fun adventure with your kids, you can take surfing lessons in Luquillo or try the El Yunque zipline.

If golf is your pleasure you have several options to choose from. Among them El Conquistador, a Waldorf Astoria resort, which is less than 5 minutes away; Coco Beach Golf Club, the host of the Puerto Rico Open; the Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club or Rio Mar Resort both in Rio Grande.

In terms of food offerings, there are many local seafood restaurants within walking distance like La Estacion or Calizo. Make sure you try the mofongo. A little further into Fajardo is an area favorite, Pasion por el Fogon, with delicious seafood and many local cuisine options. For wonderful Caribbean lobster try La Parrilla in Luquillo where you will find the kiosks that sell coconut water and all sorts of fried savory goodies. We will be very happy to provide you with our recommendations of our favorite places. We can also recommend a chef to come to our villa and cook local seafood, cuisine or even vegan dishes for you. If you prefer to cook in our well-equipped kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 10 minute drive.

Regarding the required deposit, it is held by VRBO/Homeaway and is returned to you one week after your departure if there is no damage done to our Villa.
