We enjoyed our stay! Beach was a short walk from the apartment, very secure building, easy check in and beautifully decorated unit. Great communication with host, we had to extend our stay and she facilitated that with ease. Will stay again.

I thought it was a beach front apartment. Was very unhappy when room faced another apartment bldg.Never told us about that parking space was our room number too or how to use elevator either. We never stayed in something like this apartment before. New to us. A woman that was staying in bldg told us how it everything worked with elevator. Tried calling numbers we had for help no answer and couldn't leave a message. No happy with stay.

It was a great place in a great location. Only thing I would say is I had to reach out to the property owner to find out which lock box was mine because it did not say it on the page. Also gate remote stopped working and tv remote wasn’t working right.

Great location and fair price

The location was central to everything within walking distance and short drive. The unit itself was clean and served its purpose. Only issues I had was the amount of times keys were needed from opening the front door, to elevator use, to unit was a bit of a nuisance. Also, there are two sleeping arrangements; one bed and one pullout which did not specify sleeping arrangements must be disclosed prior to booking. Otherwise, it is assumed you and your guest will be sharing a bed. Thankfully, my “guest” was my son. Had it been a friend I don’t think this would be appropriate.

Great location but missed the mark

Place was clean and had a great location. I messaged the owner right away that we needed bedding for the pullout couch and didn’t receive a timely response back. My son slept with no sheets or two nights. Beach chairs provided were busted as well. I’d say it’s a great stay for a couple.

Cozy clean place steps from beach

We had a wonderful time here! It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and answering our questions. The bed was comfortable and balcony was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Space was super clean when we got there, directions easy to follow. Linda was very accommodating with our stay. Luqillo is a great town a lot to do and easy drive to San Juan.

Just okay

Check was a bit complicated due to the room not being ready. But the property is exactly as pictured. Very clean and tons of security. Super close to the beach and other areas of interest.BUT it is WAY too bright at night. There is so much light from the kitchen and bathroom that sleeping is impossible without some kind of eye covering or updating the window coverings. There were 4 pillows and 3 pillow cases, no top sheet on the bed or extra linens if needed. And the gate romote is a bit janky but works. It can also be quite loud due the proximity to the main road.
