This is some general information about the unit. The name of the building is: Condado del Mar. This unit is on the Penthouse floor overlooking the ocean.

The exact address is:
1479 Ashford Ave
San Juan, PR 00907

This apartment is a duplex. The first level of the apartment has the kitchen, family room, one bedroom and a full bathroom and the second level has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and an open terrace overlooking the ocean.

As you plan what to bring on your upcoming trip, be aware that the unit has the following items:

* High Speed WIFI-Internet. It is fiber optic internet with a speed of 100 Mbps.
* Full Kitchen, including all cooking ware, plates and Utensils
* Air Conditioning and Water Heater
* All Linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, iron + board
* Washer & Dryer inside the unit. We provide you with detergent.
* Coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, wine opener, wine glasses
* Tennis racquets in case you want to play tennis
* One parking spot (so feel free to rent a car)

The building has: 24-hour security, a huge pool, tennis court and direct access to the beach. We also have a small convenience store in the lobby of the building. The pool is open daily from 8am to midnight.

This particular unit has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has three queen-sized beds and a full-sized bed.

The building is located right in the middle of Condado, which is the main tourist section of San Juan. It is where most of the hotels and restaurants are located. We also have a supermarket two blocks south, and both Walgreen’s and CVS are within walking distance. There is also within walking distance many of the hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars and entertainment. I sometimes go 5 or 6 days without using my car.

The listing is very accurate. The location is superb. it’s walking distance to tons of eateries, entertainment, multiple beaches, Highway 26 and only about 15 minutes from old San Juan But at the same time, you’re not in the heart of all the traffic and late night noise either. The condo has 24/7 security with gate access as well so that could provide newbies with some sense of comfort. If you decide to rent a car, there is a designated parking space which is excellent!! So let me get this out now, Mr Emilio is hands down one of the best owners/property managers I’ve dealt with and we have visited many VRBO’s, bed and breakfast joints, Airbnb’s and hotels around the world. Now I don’t have any cons, but I do have a few things you should know. We are definitely more on the bougie side when it comes to rentals and stuff like that, but we can also keep it plain and simple. The unit itself was very cozy, they are doing maintenance in the building, but we only heard some work going on One afternoon and We were there for a week and we never woke up to noise. Ok so, there is no lobby AC and the elevator wait can be an issue too. If I had to say one thing that needs some love, it’s the building itself. This building many years ago was very nice, but as you know, Puerto Rico has had some storms. As I stated they are in the Construction stages as we speak!! REVIEWS- the property 2 beach access 5, our unit 3.0, location 5, owner service 5, MY OVERALL = 4 stars 🌟 Out here.
