Rooms were nice but very spartan. Had to ask 2 people how to get to the hotel from baggage claim. You have to change levels and directions twice. No signage until you actually see the hotel.

We arrive very early, 0920 versus a 1600 check-in time. We understood that we would have to wait for rooms to become available as they were cleaned. We were one of the first 10 or so rooms to arrive at that time. As time went on dozens more arrived. After 2 hours I asked if we were close because people who arrived after us had already been given rooms. We were told someone would call us when our room was ready, so we left the hotel to get lunch. At around 1430 we returned to see that the lobby was empty and everyone but us had been issued a room. They had simply forgetten about us letting us wait 5 hours to check-in. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a long wait before check in. That’s not the hotel fault but there were people sitting on the floor everywhere because there is insufficient waiting space with chairs. There is only one restaurant/bar available and they could not accommodate the crowd. After finally getting a room the facilities and staff were good enough for a single night stay.

Staff for Checkin and Housekeeping are wonderful. Rooms are disappointing basic for the price. Restaurant is the worst we have been to in a long time. Service was disinterested (being generous) and the rice was served close to uncooked (I almost chipped a tooth eating it). Server complained to me that “You should have said something” - I tried to 3 times but he ignored me.
