This 1 bedroom , 1 bath apartment is centrally located. Enjoy everything San Juan and Puerto Rico have to offer from this quiet, centrally located accommodation in Miramar (San Juan) on the 25th floor with a spectacular view. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, iconic sites of Puerto Rico.

The space is a single room apartment on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building. Complete with a single bathroom, a small kitchen and an amazing view of San Juan. The building is complete with an elevator and entrance that both require security access.

The set of keys found in the lockbox will give you access to enter the building and use the elevator as well as open the apartment. You must use the keys to operate the elevator to the 25th floor. Please refer to the check-in instructions tab or the video sent to you via messages to find out how to access the keys.

House Rules

Check-out: On or before 11:00 a.m.
Before leaving, make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices.
Also, close and lock all windows and doors, and return the keys.
A fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

Guests & Visitors

No additional guests or parties allowed.
The number of guests must match the number stated in the reservation.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Pets

No pets allowed on the property.
You may see neighbors’ pets around—please do not feed them.

Smoking, Vaping & Scents

No smoking or vaping inside the property.
If cigarette, cigar, or cannabis odor is detected, a $100 penalty will be charged.

No incense or strong-smelling products allowed inside.

Linen & Towels

Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Do not remove bath towels from the property.

Please do not eat in bed, and avoid sitting on beds or furniture with wet clothing.

Bathroom Use

Do not flush paper towels, tampons, sanitary pads, or even “flushable” items.
Use the trash can provided.
Emergency unclogging of the toilet will result in an additional charge.

Damages

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Parking

Please park only in the designated parking space.

Security

Outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety.

Emergency

In case of emergency, call 911.

Power & Wi-Fi Outages

No refunds will be issued for power or Wi-Fi outages caused by external factors beyond our control.
