Of the two front desk gals that I dealt with the afternoon shift was by far the most pleasant. The morning gal, not so much. Seemed very disinterested, tired. Rest of the stay was ok. Restaurant like a Marie Callendar’s. Grounds nice. Might stay there again.

The Apple Farm was so nice and a very comfortable place. The Apple Farm Restaurant had the best food I’ve had in some time. Should have stayed longer. Nice staff at the hotel and the Apple Farm Restaurant Staff was great along with the food. Best breakfast ever.

I stayed in two differnt sections of the hotel; the second area was quite noisy (too close to the 101 Fwy). In both cases, the bedding was too soft. The reception area coffee service and hot tea was a nice touch!

We expected a hotel service for the price, but we got motel service. The light bulb on one of the end table was loose (the light was flashing), and the other one was broken. We arrived late, the switch by the door was disabled. Very inconvenient.

Cute place to stay. Excellent restaurant on site. Have stayed here many times over the years. The only issue we had is a surprising, recently added “resort fee” that we had to pay at the end of our stay on our prepaid room. Just be aware of this policy.

Finely a good nights rest

After a long 8 hour drive from San Diego, Apple Hill Inn was a pleasant surprise. The room was on the 1st floor of the main building. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the very large bathroom counter, it was great for all of traveling needs. One the best nights sleep we have had. The only negative would of been the continental breakfast. Coffee was hot and flavorful, but they ran out and it took sometime to get more. There were packaged very cold muffins that seemed to come out of the freezer. There was a choice of an apple or an orange, packaged dry oatmeal and a good variety of teas. Assorted breakfast bars would have been a nice option. But all in all a real gem!
