Indulge in the stylish design of this inviting home. The residence features a monochromatic interior, modern kitchen, wood accents, chic furnishings and decor, a tranquil garden, and an outdoor BBQ dining space.

Located 1 mile from downtown SLO and equidistant to local wineries. Shops, restaurants and all the wonderful things SLO has to offer are right at your fingertips.

This quaint bungalow has earned the privilege of being invited into the Airbnb PLUS collection which only includes a handful of premier properties. The home features a fully-stocked modern kitchen with custom dining nook, quartzite countertops and high-end black stainless steel appliances. The open living area has a large sectional couch offering ample seating and a Samsung Frame smart television. There are comfortable queen-sized beds in both bedrooms with quality linens and down pillows. The 1st bedroom has another flat screen smart tv. The bathroom is adorned with limestone tile, a bathtub shower combo and a double vanity with marble countertops. Private off-street parking in the driveway as well as open street parking for additional vehicles. Laundry facilities on site in the detached garage.

The front yard is fenced and exclusive to the home. There is a small cottage located at the back of the property that is also a rental. It has its own entrance and private patio area but is fenced in together with the main home. If pets are present there could be interaction.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into her sorority house this September and really enjoyed our stay - Great property in a good location. The house is so cozy with everything we needed. Very well laid out and lots of storage. The back yard was perfect for our dog. Easy access to downtown and the university. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in.
I now need a fort porch swing for my house too!!

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and close to downtown and has the cutest yard. The beds were comfy and everything is modern. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood

Really nice place for a short stay. The place was clean, appropriately appointed and worked out well. Only issue was with the plumbing/hot water. The hot water required several minutes to warm up. That means washing hands or a couple dishes was a cold water affair. Since we allowed the shower to warm up (also several minutes) and took back-to-back showers, that worked out okay but the water was barely warm enough for a tolerable shower. The issue was documented in the on-site literature but it's something that kept this from being a 5 star experience.

Nice enough but could be a little better

Nice quiet place but there are some things I thought could be improved and a big one not communicated through the ad. There is a cottage in the backyard that looks to be used full time by either the owner or other bookings. My issue is this was not mentioned in the ad at the time of booking. I happened to see a portion of it in one of the photos and asked the host about it, she was upfront about it, but it should be mentioned in the ad. If you feel like you'll have the property to yourself, you won't. The house was not clean. Floors and the area rug were dirty. The shower had stains, and when showering, the plumbing cannot keep up and fills the tub with water within a couple of minutes of use. The couch had crumbs on it like someone had just snacked there. If the host hired a maids service for the cleaning, they should demand their money back. Other than those issues it was a pleasant experience. It's a quiet neighborhood and the host is responsive. Good size kitchen, and BBQ in the backyard. Very close to downtown SLO but far enough that sound isn't an issue. It was the perfect size for our small party and one of the few houses I found to allow dogs.

A+. Well stocked kitchen, great fenced yards for dogs, beautiful landscaping, comfortable living area, and close to a beautiful park, a co-op grocery store, a fun restaurant and bar, and *great* pizza. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, a short drive to downtown, the beaches, and wineries.

Great location and house

The house was as described - very cute, newly renovated and has everything we wanted. Shared backyard was not a problem. Couldn't believe how close we were to everything - downtown dining, hikes near 101, and wineries! The house is 1/4 block off a main drag to downtown and wineries (other direction). neighborhood is older but well maintained/renovated and 2 blocks from a beautiful park.

Memorable stay @ 664 Caudill St in SLO

We had so much fun at this little house, wonderfully designed and decorated for our stay in San Luis Obispo, as the babysitters for our daughter’s bachelor and bachelorette party with all of our family. We babysat two 16 month olds had a three year old. The house is simply put together, so it was simple to move out of the way any breakables. There are very few sharp edges and corners to worry about! 😉 The back and front yards are just a dream! Beautifully landscaped, and completely fenced in, front and back. Our toddlers had so much fun! Thank you, Pauline! I took some decorating tips from you for our bed and breakfast!
