Look elsewhere if you want a clean, quiet, updated hotel stay. Staff was nice, the good begins and ends there! I would never consider this to be a “nice” hotel. It is probably what you would expect from an old, outdated motel for $100/night (not the $300 we paid!) There are lots of MUCH better choices in Pismo if you want a nice place to stay. Thanks to a wonderful Expedia rep negotiating with the hotel managment they agreed to refund 2 nights of our 3 night stay (upon seeing the condition of the room at the hotel we requested to be refunded all 3 nights so we could stay elsewhere but the hotel refused) As soon as we heard back from the Expedia rep the following morning we got out of that place as quickly as possible and booked a less expensive room at a MUCH NICER hotel for the remainder of our stay. My advice “Just say no” to this hotel!
