We appreciated the large living room and kitchen area as there is enough room for the eight of us to be in the same space together.The carpet leading up the stairs is a bit stained, but otherwise the home was clean and enjoyable.

Very clean. Sparsely furnished. Nice space but needs some updated furnishings. Coffee spills over the coffee pot onto burner. We didn't try Keurig as we brought our own coffee. A lamp in the living room had no bulb. We had to get one from a bedroom. Lamp in down bedroom didn't work. All beds were comfortable. Be aware a railroad track is nearby

I left a couple of items at the house I rented in Oceano,Ca. Recently found out I left a quilt made by me. I have a family in Grover Beach. Is there anyway my family member can go in the house to look for it. .

Great times!

The pictures don't do the condo justice, very clean and well kept! Claudia was responsive when I texted. Short drive to pismo pier, great coffee shop around the corner. Found a ping pong table in the garage that made for lots of laughs, would definitely visit again!

Home Away from Home

I rented this house to celebrate my 42nd bday with 5 of my favorite people and this house definitely didn’t disappoint!!! It’s spacious and in a good area. There’s mom and pop restaurants and stores within walking distance. The owner responds rob email and phone calls with no hesitation. We took advantage of the ping pong table, the fire pit and the propane grill. The pics don’t do the house justice because the house is bigger than what the pics show. I highly recommend this house!!!!!

The home was perfect for two families, I rented it for both my adult children and family, one stayed downstairs with the two bedrooms and bath w 2 small kiddos, and my daughter and her husband in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs was great to gather, it’s an open floor plan with kitchen and living area, we played games and hung out! House was clean and tidy.

The house is roomy. The 5 of us fit easily in the 3 bedrooms. The decor and furniture are coordinated and comfy. Nice beach town vibe. Plenty to do in the area or just hang out in the house. Highly recommend the Great American Melodrama which is a 100 yard walk from the house. ATVs on the dunes we’re great too.

Great stay

We had a great time! Close to the beach and restaurants. They only thing I would say is that we had 8 people staying as the house listed 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The pull out couch is actually a very small futon - not a pull out couch, that no grown adult (let alone 2 adults) could sleep on. It was uncomfortable to sit on so no one slept on it. If you plan on using this bed, I would bring an air mattress instead.
