Room was amazing! Very large room and the staff was all so friendly. Their check in and check out online make the process so smooth. The housekeeping everyday was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff made the area so clean and all staff was so nice and welcoming. We enjoyed staying there and would do it again for sure!

Was surprised to find charges for parking at $15 per day upon check out. Also, La Quinta front desk staff could not explain other additional charges that took my Expedia receipt charge of $482.98 to a credit card charge of $633.00. As I booked with Expedia and completed a self check in online and did minimal interaction with front desk staff who only asked my name and gave me keys and directions to the room, there was no mention of the parking charge. The $15 per day charge is to be found “on our website” according to the front desk. Of course, those who book with Expedia wouldn’t necessarily visit the hotel website, search amenities, and then search parking. A hidden fee for sure. Front desk advised me to contact Expedia for explanation of other charges, so I’ll be spending time sorting this out unfortunately. Will not use Expedia or this hotel again. Poor coordination between Expedia and hotel partners.

Upon check in I was not told about the discount for the restaurant next door. Also she asked to see my card but then called me in the room and asked me to come back down so she could charge it for incidentals.
