Modern Upscale Downtown Pismo Beach Home

Home For Rent is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Pismo Beach, Boardwalk, and Downtown Shops and Attractions are only 1 block away. A peek of the ocean can be enjoyed from the living room, as well as from the front deck. A deck with outdoor dining and gas barbecue are the perfect spot for spending time with friends and family in the coastal air. The open living area has overstuffed sofas, flat-panel TV with digital cable service, including Movie Channels. This property is equipped with a private wireless Internet network for guests' use. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped for home-cooked meals. (Food and perishable items are not provided.) The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the en suite bath features slate tile flooring and shower surround and has a shower/tub combo outfitted with a rainwater shower head.
The other two bedrooms both have queen beds and are located on the ground floor of the property. The second bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms and has a shower only. Other amenities include a stacked full size washer & dryer

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located close to restaurants and just a quick walk to the pier and beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Beds were very comfortable. Even had board games to play in the evenings as we were relaxing. Nice to have a garage to park. Check in and out was super easy and great communication. We will stay here again!

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip
great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

Great Location / Great House!

This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.

Everyone had compliments about this near the beach property. My 9 year old exclaimed she wanted to move in. Near surf school. Slim dilly Dogs is a block away and makes the best hot dogs. Walkable to the pier. Newly renovated. Amenities. efficient property management. From kids to grandparents everyone was impressed, even the hardened critics. Love love love. Will rent again.

Perfect Beach Getaway on Central Coast

Perfect setting for our family of six with kids ranging from 8 to 15 years old. Townhouse was ideally arranged with kids rooms on ground floor and master bedroom, kitchen and living room on second level. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very thoughtfully appointed. Fantastic location two blocks from gorgeous Pismo Beach with rolling California hills and cliffs rising in the backdrop. 10 minute drive to charming San Luis Obispo. Classic California at its best.

Great property on quiet street one block from beach and 5 mins walk to the pier. Well stocked with everything we needed (with the exception of a crib, which would have to be requested ahead of time from the management company). Great collection of beach toys and beach chairs in the garage as well which we almost missed but was very glad we found!
