Beautiful west side Paso Robles home on 80 acre Olive Oil ranch with breathtaking views and amazing hiking trails. Hike through our very own olive tree orchards, have a picnic & enjoy the hill top views. The homes is 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with open concept kitchen and living space. House sleeps 8 adults. Enjoy the very spacious front yard and patio with gas fire pit. Tucked away in the rolling oak tree hills of Paso Robles, yet close to down town, wine tasting and Lake Nacimiento.
The weather during our short stay in Paso Robles was rainy and chili, but we enjoyed our stay at Mountain Springs, the fireplace a spacious gathering area and spacious bedrooms made us feel at home!
Perfect property if you want private but close to downtown and wineries. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great outdoor patio. One of the best vacation rentals Iâve stayed in.
This property was perfect for our group. Quiet and secluded but less than 10 minutes from town. Surrounded by oaks with frequent deer visits. Marci and Scott we very gracious hosts. The house was spotless and all amenities were available and functional. We have stayed at several vacation rentals in Paso Robles this property tops them all.
This is a great property on an olive ranch, with a very clean, modern spacious house and comfortable beds. The host was responsive and we were grateful to find the owners' own unique olive oil and cabernet as gifts.
The location was far enough from Paso to be country-quiet, yet close enough to serve as a central base for touring wineries. The old walnut shade tree in front provided a nice cool place to enjoy an outdoor meal. There is a large gas BBQ which was perfect for our gang, as we paired our newly collected wines with grilled meats and veggies, for very memorable outdoor sunset dining.
Upon arrival you feel relaxed. The home is clean, well appointed and inviting. The perfect place to stay while wine tasting in Paso Robles. The grounds of the property are maintained like a park setting and very open if one has an interest in walking or hiking. Our (well behaved) dogs were in paradise.
Each morning began with a cup of tea or coffee and a nice walk with our dogs. Each night ended with a nice dinner and a tasting from our days wine adventures. While sitting outside enjoying the heaters on the patio.
We will place this property on our top vacation rentals weâve experienced and we will return.
We thank the owners for sharing their property with us.

Each year we gift our two children and their spouses a weekend all together somewhere in California. As we were leaving this wonderful property, everyone wanted to return. The home and grounds are meticulous. Paso Robles has lots to offer. Wine tasting and dining were our highlights. As well as cozy nights around the fire pit.
The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying meals outside. Plenty of heat lamps and we loved the fire pit. The property is so friendly, welcoming and clean. We hope to make this a regular getaway.
We are 3 couples who thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paso, especially the lovely Mountain Springs home. We got a chance to meet the owners, Scott and Marcy, as they live right up the hill. We hope to be back again and will definitely see if this lovely home is available again.
My husband and I, along with 4 close friends had a fantastic time at Marciâs family vacation spot. The home was spotless, the grounds were perfect, beds were comfy and everything definitely met our needs. We even had deer and wild turkeys pay us a visit in the mornings while we had our coffee so us city folks had a nice time connecting with nature.
There was a small communication mishap at the beginning as I forgot to update the number of guests staying so 2 bedrooms were locked. Iâve never experienced renting a home and not had access to each bedroom but can understand things may be a little different with COVID these days. Once we figured out what happened, Marci quickly resolved the situation and we were so grateful.
Thank you for sharing your home, we hope to be back one day.

We stayed at this Olive Tree Ranch in Paso Robles and we really enjoyed the property. The check-in was very easy and Staci, the co-host was responsive. It was a hot weekend at Paso when we stayed so we went to Cambria and Morro Boy to escape the heat. The place is close to downtown so getting food was not bad. The house is beautiful and the front yard looks just like the pictures. The short distance hike inside the gated property is a bonus. Bring your shampoo and conditioner- those items are not supplied. Anyway, thank you for sharing your beautiful home to us. We created great memories at this property.
This was the most beautiful VRBO Iâve ever stayed at. Very clean, beds were super comfortable. Great location, so peaceful. Marcy is very nice and Staci is a great communicator. Hope to stay here again. Thank you!
My wife, and our son, daugter-in-law, daughter and her boyfriend stayed in this three bedroom house. We were treated with a bottle of wine and a bottle of olive oil, as well as fresh ground coffee and waters. We loved the open concept kitchen, dining and living room to gather and talk while sipping some wine. The grounds are very big, well maintained and our pups loved exploring the area and watching the chickens in their chicken coup. We BBQ'd a couple of nights and it was great to not have to deal with restaurants in town. We did not use the fire pit, but it looked welcoming. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!
We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and propane heaters. What a thoughtfully decorated home and grounds. All the peacefulness of the quiet country yet 10 mins drive into town. Appreciated being able to bring our grandpups too.
Had my 50th Bday Party here and i couldnt ask for anything better. The owners of the property were very nice and accommodating. They checked in with me a couple of times to make sure i didn't need anything and that my stay was comfortable. There property is amazing as is there home. I will definitely be back.
Best stocked kitchen of any house rental we've ever done (and we've rented places at 2 - 3 times the cost). Comfortable beds, awesome furniture in living and dining rooms. K*** A** sound system linked to big TV. You see the great deck and fire pit/table from the main picture. Very hilly, but lots of good walking trails - pretty olive orchard!
Six of us stayed at this wonderful "retreat" at the top of the mountain. So peaceful, but close to town. Perfect for our quieter times just the six of us, and then great for our family reunion dinner we hosted outside under the tree and later on under the lights. Our hosts were gracious and friendly. I really cant say enough about the property!
