Quiet, very clean and in a good location. Did not get the room we reserved, but was fine, the one we got instead did not have the kitchenette but did have a mini fridge which is all we really needed. Staff was totally hands off. Never met anyone from the property. Our paperwork was in our room when we arrived and we dropped it in a mail drop when finished. Would have liked some fresh cups for the room but it seemed it would have been a hassle.

Great location. About 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and accessible. Clean room and comfy beds. Bathroom is a bit small if you have a larger family. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures online are Extremely deceiving!! Nothing worked in our room electrically most of the bulbs were burnt out and bathroom was moldy.

Not as advertised. Much smaller than expected. No attendant or front desk MOST of the time. Gas stove had to be lit with a match. No a/c. All windows had to be left open. Everything was at least 40 yrs old. Location was good.

Location is very central, and i loved the size of the bed! Biggest bed ive ever had haha. It was very convenient to have a well equipped kitchenette too, traveling with an infant who needed formula

Lovely welcome, ideal position for restaurants and shops and the bay. Clean and comfortable bed. Very good value. Would use again. Morro Bay definitely a great stopping point when driving highway 1
