I reserved through a 3rd party so when we arrived the lady that checked us in was very friendly. We reserved a king ocean view. The hotel pool was under construction and our room was right in front. She said the next day we could move to a different room with a better view. We were very Thankful that she did this as the 2nd room was on the 4th floor with no one to the left of us- the view was Beautiful. The only thing that I need to complain about was the water pressure in the 2nd room. The 1st room the water pressure was just fine, the 2nd one was horrible. It barely came out and it took forever and then it turned off- I don't know if it was because it was running to long but it was bad. Other than that the staff and everyone was great.

Room and staff were good. Unfortunately we were unaware of the pool area under renovation causing some of the area around the rooms unavailable as well as the pool. Also a section of the parking lot was closed causing a nightmare to park.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great ocean views and easy beach access, loved the grounds and the firepits. Fresh cookies every afternoon and a great breakfast in the morning. Great food at the Blast & Brew which is very close. Will definitely visit again.

My wife and I have stayed here countless times. It's so close to the beach and downtown Pismo. Many of the rooms have a view of the ocean and they have a nice breakfast to start your day. The rioms are clean and up to date. Just a great place to stay.

This is the best hotel I’ve been to in Pismo Beach and will definitely coming back. We already booked our next trip for the spring 2026. We stayed in an ocean view room and the room was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and amazing. They kept all areas clean and vacuumed. The breakfast options were great as well! I only wish they had bacon! Haha! The patio areas had fire pits and there is a grill so you can grill your own food and they provided grilling tools. They also have bikes you can ride. That was fun! You won’t regret it!
