Fair price and quality. Room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Staff was helpful and the small "to go" breakfast was quality items (Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwhiches, fresh bananas, danishes, coffee, juice and water). Super close to Cal Poly (only .8 miles) which was convenient as we were visiting our daughter their. The room seemed recently updated and worked well for our family. Would stay here again for a weekend stay.

I was in the area for one night, visiting CalPoly with my son. The hotel was clean and welcoming, conveniently located from the university (short walk down the street). Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience, just what we needed for such a short visit

You pay for what you get. It was a lot cheaper than a chain hotel. All we were doing was laying our head down for the night, so therefore it was fine. The 3 issues I had with the room :1) the floor was not clean( my socks were dark). 2) the toilet would run in the middle of the night for some reason. 3) the bed was just OK. Like I said, you pay for what you get ! We didn’t pay much for the room…

This was great for our needs. We were there to see University Cal Poly events for a grandchild, as were most of the other occupants it seemed. It worked our perfect.

Good area, however, breakfast was terrible, and the noise was bad nice dining areas to go to and the water pressure was not good awell as the toilet was running and top was left open as if thats how the toilet works.

When we checked in, the manager at the desk had a huge wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth that was visible and I could smell it all through the lobby. This was very off-putting. The rooms were clean enough, but the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable so several of my athletes complained about being sore the next day.
