Un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas con experiencia de uno de 2 estrellas. Es un hotel viejo, las habitaciones tienen alfombras viejísimas y percudidas como no tienen idea, es bastante asqueroso, tome fotos pero no se pueden poner fotos, el baño también está viejo y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien, al parecer te cuentan las botellas de agua, no hicieron la habitación el primer día y al preguntar me contestaron que no les dije, en serio? Ni siquiera ponen los cartones de las manijas de las puertas que dice no molestar o favor de hacer la habitación. La alberca no la calientan por lo que está de adorno. Definitivamente hay más hoteles con menos estrellas pero mas categoría y mucho mas baratos.

Run Down Hotel
We used to like coming here, but this time it has gone downhill. everything’s very old and the carpets are very dirty. Elevators weren’t working and even got stuck one day. Sad to see a such a nice place go down.

The historical property was nice looking exteriorly, the lobby and pool area. Staff was very professional and kept short and cold. The initial room we received smelled so bad like mold I instantly got a headache. I went to the front desk and complained and asked for a room change. The manager told me they were aware and the hotel was in the process of making changes but that everyone room would be the same. She wasn’t too happy about me asking. We got to look at another room and it was better but the carpet was still Terrible. This room didn’t have a balcony like the initial one but it was the same price. The cords to the lamps were wrapped with duct tape used as repairing mechanism. The tub was a broken down jacuzzi that they added a non- movable shower head that I had to lean forward to shower as it wasn’t long enough and I had to climb into the tub. The vent to heater shot air from the wall straight to our bed and it was full of dust…

The property is very nice, but it needs some updating in the rooms. The room was very spacious, but the carpet in the room needs to be replaced. It was pretty old and dirty. Also, there is not enough lighting in the bathroom, making it difficult to put on make up. Lastly, we had a room that connected to a second room. We could clearly hear all of their conversations.
