The property was as pictured but as mentioned before it’s not right in front of the beach. I walked approximately 5min to get to the beach which wasn’t bad. The staff (one young man) who checked me in lacked customer service skills. Overall it was an okay stay 30min drive from the airport which was the reason I picked this place for one night stay.
Place is nice. They need to upgrade on the room condition. The room had a funky smell to it. Mosquitos and ants issues around the dining area. Plus little pricy for the restaurant.
Service though pricey it was good. 1st day woke up to no electricity and no water at all. 4th night came back to no electricity again. No towels in rooms. Roads to get there are an adventure since they are all dirt but they could be better.
Hotel staff was so friendly a 10/10 only thing was the power went out on a Saturday they got it up fairly quickly but we did go 2-3 hours and supposed one of the workers told me it’s common and it happens every Saturday.
The food was amazing just expensive so I ended up eating the free breakfast but thought out the day would go to the near by town and get food. The food would take about 20+ minutes to get after I ordered all the days I stayed.
If you stay I recommend getting a rental if not you’ll be spending a lot of money on rides.
It’s in an underdeveloped area which doesn’t bother me what was bad was the roads! My rental got stuck the 2nd day when I was on my way back to the hotel and I had to get my car unstuck from the muddy road.
There would be stuff left from the day before such as if guest ate food or had drinks it wouldn’t get cleaned up got a bit they got to it but whenever they felt like it.
Besides the minor inconvenience it’s definitely an up and coming hotel the staff and security were great .
There were a lot of mosquitoes as well.
Really fast WiFi !
The water from the shower has a weird nickel smell to it.
I hope for the best :)
Tiene muchas fallas los cuartos estan llenos de moho no esta tan limpio los baños le falta ventilacion debido a eso esta lleno de moho ,el personal esta atento no esta cerca de la playa como se mira en las fotos esta dificil de encontrar
The hotel was nice, quiet, the food and the staff were great. The hotel is in an undeveloped area, which to me is ok but it was a bit hard to find and if you don’t have good transportation it’s hard to get to. I loved the place though and will come back
Stained bedding. Horrible service. Almost an hour for drinks. Didn’t know how to make a margarita. Average food. Expensive. Lots of staff standing around on their phones. Not the best location.
It was not ideal. They pitch it to look like you are on the beach… you’re not. You must walk down the dirt road and left on the alley. It’s a private beach which is great. The hotel will tell you that you have to use their taxi because Uber does not come out there. Semi true. It takes a while but don’t get duped into $100-150/day. It’s ridiculous. Also do not have an iron for your clothes, no restaurants near by and don’t get hurt while there. There is ZERO first aid available. Not even a bandaid.
Property is not beach front, parking inconveniently located on back was tight and hard to park, the water was shut off at night we had to tell them we needed water to shower. The shower drain clogged. I asked the receptionist the day of our arrival for toilet paper and towels two times, we eneded up adventure ourselves to find a store and buy them. The receptionist either forgot or didn’t wanted to provide them to us. I said adveture because we don't know the area, which it looks pretty sketchy, however the people we encountered along the way was very nice. The balneario (bathhouse) is nice for people that wants to stay a day and knows what is and is not provided. The security guards, waitress and bartender are very nice people. Stephanie the receptionist could use some customer service traning she comes across as a rude person. This place has pontential to be a great hotel more so with the development around the area.
