Wir waren fĂŒr einen Outdoor-Urlaub in SĂŒdtirol und wollten eine Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich Verkehrsanbindung (Auto - mit Stellplatz - oder Bus) sehr gut, es gibt aber auch genug schöne Wandertouren, die direkt in Saltaus wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt starten. Meran ist fĂŒr einen Tagesauflug oder EinkĂ€ufe auch einfach zu erreichen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben modern und gut. Die sehr ruhige Lage und die kleine Terasse laden zum Entspannen nach lĂ€ngeren AusflĂŒgen ein.Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Urlaubszeit!

Pros: La posizione, il panorama, il parcheggio, la ricarica elettrica dellâauto , la casa comoda , la gentilezza e disponibilitĂ del proprietario
Cons: Mancava solo una pentola per la pasta ed una piastra elettrica per fare i toast, il resto era tutto perfetto

- Super angenehme, vertrauensvolle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!
- Hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bis ins Detail super verarbeitet
- Gute Ausstattung. Alles exakt wie beschrieben.
- Schöne Aussicht, selbst aus dem Appartement im EG!
- Ruhige aber nicht abgelegene Lage! Alle wichtigen Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle in weniger als 5 Minuten!).
- GenĂŒgende Parkmöglichkeiten, alle sogar Ăberdacht
