Food was decent, very secluded. Terrible dining out experience.. Habachi chef catered to Spanish speaking couples only and didn’t speak English for 80% of the performance. Housekeeping, you almost always had to ask for everything. Purchased room with private pool.. not private, connected to all other rooms and no privacy at all, all patrons can see you, out in clear view of public pools. We were considered a preferred customer.

The grounds were beautiful! The hotel is brand new. The decor is just right! Wish the buffet was open for dinner and there was an actual steak house on property. Pools were beautiful and the beach was amazing

The service was very poor. Had to ask 3 days on a row for someone to clean our room. We waited over 2 hours to get in to eat dinner and the resort was not nearly at capacity. The shower and toilet area in our room smelled like mold and no ventilation in the toilet area. The island and beach were pretty but overall the resort needs major improvement. Sophia at our breakfast was always friendly and helpful, as well as Thereshana who was the hostess at partition, she was extremely helpful and friendly

When we first arrived they asked if I wanted an upgrade which I agreed too, when I saw the room compared to the amount of money spent did not jive. Way way over priced. So we ended up back in the original room which was actually nicer than the upgrade. Few things I want to point out. If you want something don’t expect to get it, I asked for scissors second day there to be brought to room they never showed by the time my butler got back to me I didn’t need it anymore so front desk and room service don’t help at all, the coffee bar in the room was never refilled, I finally called because we had no more coffee, cups, or sugar in the room. After about 3 hours mini bar finally showed and only refilled coffee pods, we never got cups sugar or creamer so the pods were useless. The daily turnovers all they did was make the bed. They left all the dirty cups in the room didn’t vacuum or clean anything. To the point there were bugs in the room. Which again by the time Maintence showed up I already cleaned them. We paid extra for the preferred side of the resort becaue there aren’t alot of guests we don’t get bracelets so anyone at that resort can go to the preferred side and get better alochol choices and food and supposed to be better service but I didn’t see that. So I paid for an over priced room to get better service which I could of got basic room same service. Brought issues to manager attention at check out and based on response they did not care one bit. Go again? NO!!

Secrets Baby Beach is beautiful, with stunning pools, gorgeous sunsets, and convenient beach access. The beach is public but calm and roped off, and attendants provide chairs, towels, and drinks. Although the resort is 20–30 minutes from the high-rise area, it wasn’t an issue for us—we found reasonable taxis and only went into town twice. We paid for a Preferred room with a full ocean view but got only a partial view, and the balcony “jacuzzi” fit one person. The room had no bathtub and no drawers, making storage for a nine-day stay inconvenient. Service was inconsistent. Our butler was largely inattentive, didn’t acknowledge our anniversary or birthday, and only occasionally helped with meals or schedules. Check-in was smooth, but Preferred Club perks felt unnecessary. Food was hit-or-miss. Breakfast was decent, Oceana underwhelming, South American restaurant flavorful but painfully slow, Japanese average, and Italian excellent. Drinks were weak and inconsistent, poolside bars often unattended, and pool activities poorly managed. Entertainment and nightlife were excellent—interactive shows, line dances, karaoke, and great music made evenings lively. Overall, Secrets Baby Beach has beautiful scenery, fun entertainment, and a relaxing beach vibe. But for luxury service, consistent food and drinks, attentive butler service, and true ocean views, it falls short. Final Verdict: Do not pay extra for the Preferred Club. It is not worth the money—skip it entirely.

So we have stayed in many of the secret and dreams property. This is a gorgeous property. The only issue is it’s very remote away from all of what makes Aruba wonderful. The beach is public so it’s very very crowded. The rooms are gorgeous. We got a swim out. It was good, but not great. My last thoughts, was that there’s an oil refinery right next to the property. Bit of an eye sore.
