South of San Pedro , about 1.5 km with an amazing 1/4 mile manicured beach and sea wall, private pool for complex as well as a 330' pier, swim and snorkel right off of the dock.
The safest place in all of Belize for last 8 years, luxurious 3 bed 2 bath with large sunrise deck. Watch the sunrise over the reef from the balcony and at the days end, watch the sunset over the lagoon from the back porch.. absolutely stunning.
We're not only a Beach Front, but we have a view of a sunrise over the reef

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked as we made several meals and utilized the bbq as well. The views from the patio are amazing. We really enjoyed the layout as there were 5 of us and we did not feel cramped. We used the pool and swam off the dock. We enjoyed that this was a quiet area but only a few minutes from town. We rented a golf cart and found everything convenient to get to.

What a great surprise!

The condo was great for my family of five. An extra bed/rollaway/air mattress would have made it perfect. The location is great. South of town to get away from the noise and congestion. Little markets close by for the essentials. We only ate out twice. Plenty of cooking utensils to prepare all of our meals. We fished a couple of days with guides and hit Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. Wonderful trip overall but the great surprise is at the end of the dock. The owners have placed piles of rocks in the water a couple of years ago. Coral is already growing on them and they are teaming with innumerable species of fish. We saw starfish, eels, spotted eagle rays too. So glad we brought snorkel gear. We snorkeled every day. At night you can watch the tarpon swim under the lights.

wonderful stay

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. Everything was perfect. They gave us great recommendation for a boat captain and restaurants. They sent someone to meet us to check in and out and it was so helpful not to struggle to find the place when we arrived at night.

Beautiful view. I loved the back balcony. Not as far away from stuff as I feared. Pool was great. Toilet broke and they sent someone right away to fix it. Handful of games, emergency equipment.

Feel at home with a view!

Very peaceful and relaxing. Spectacular views. Condo has everything you need. Loved that you could snorkel and swim from the pier. Having the pool as an option was a great addition. Other people in the condo complex and those on the island , in genersl, were friendly. We needed some time to relax and unwind.... this was the place. Renting the golf cart helped to get around and explore a bit.

Overall great place to stay!

Great location, far enough from town but restaurants close by. Loved having our own dock. My fiance went fishing every morning! We saw tons of fish, sting rays and sharks right off the dock while snorkeling. We had the whole beach area and pool to ourselves as no one else utilized it. The only negatives were we thought we had access to kayaks and paddle boards which we did not. I would definitely add more information to the guest book like water refill info and access to kayaks and paddle boards so that the guest does not have to bother the host for simple questions. Also, the upstairs room with two beds was very warm. We only had 4 people but if we had more and someone had to sleep up there it would not be the most comfortable. Perfect place for 2 couples! Would stay there again.

Incredible stay!

We loved our stay here! The pool is super kid friendly and incredibly peaceful. The pier has good snorkeling, but would recommend bringing your own life jacket due to depth. The condo itself is spacious and very comfortable. We cooked several of our meals in house. The road there is not the smoothest but there are lots of great places around the are we very much enjoyed exploring. It is less touristy feel and more rural. We would definitely return.

Solid stay, spacious and family friendly

The property manager is good and communicates well. The property itself is on the third floor but, stairs are wide and cleaned daily. A few restaurants in the area but definitely not in the midst of town. It’s quiet and family friendly in a safe area. Boat dock also has snorkeling area and although not a beach, the water is accessible easily. The condo patio is wonderful to wake up to and wind down at night. It’s a king size bed in the master bedroom. Really a great place overall.

The condo was in a great, quiet and beautiful location. It was clean and spacious and had everything you need for your stay. The kids loved swimming in the pool each day, we snorkelled off the pier and saw a few fish and visited the bar next door. There is a little market nearby for provisions and a taqueria across the road for meals if you want a break from cooking. Communication was amazing from the manager of the condo and transport included and organised which was a great touch as well! Overall, will highly recommend!

Thank you for the chance to stay at Tranquility Beach Club. The property, unit and view was beautiful. We loved the location, south of town. It was quiet but just a short golf cart ride to town, to all the action. The pier was great for tour boat pick up and drop off. Also there’s an area at end of pier to snorkel and see some fish. The unit was great and included cleaning during our 11 night stay. The grounds were well kept. We had such an amazing trip to Ambergrise Caye, thank you Greg.

Belize first time

Property was as advertised. Annoying mayor of the complex. Only problem related to the gas canister for the BBQ which was out of gas and we reported this on Christmas eve but did not receive a replacement during the next week that we were at the condo. Ended up throwing away $100.00 of steaks.

Best view we have ever had

Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. This condo had everything we could think of. It was spotless! Close to restaurants and a few shops. (You will need a golf cart, like almost everywhere in San Pedro). We snorkled off the pier, swam in the pool and it really was the most amazing view we have ever had. Caye management took such good care of us every step of the way. I would recommend this to anyone heading to Belize. We loved the location, so quiet and restful.

Great location and perfect for families!

Our family had such a great time during our stay. The condo is south of town so it's far enough that the beach is very quiet. We didn't spend any time at the pool but it's nice to have it as an option. The property management team was very responsive answering all of our questions before and during our stay. Roger, the caretaker, was great and recommended an awesome guide for snorkeling and fishing. I highly recommend staying here!

beautiful view and comfortable stay

Just as pictures describe, on site caretaker assisted with luggage, they sent a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us back off, great pool, there's a walk up bar next door to the south that we visited a couple times. We were worried about the sargassum seaweed and the smell, but there was none on our waterfroen so that was amazing. We really enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend. Perfect week in San Pedro

Stayed at Greg’s place for a week just before Christmas. The place was perfect. Communication and check in was easy, the place was clean and had fantastic views. The pool and beach was great! It is a little out of town but preferred that as it was quieter, however, everything needed like restaurants and market/groceries were close! Would definitely stay again and recommend.
