Large Ocean Front Condo - 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom - Gold Standard Approved

This ocean front condo provides comfortable accommodations which will make your vacation truly enjoyable. A large patio overlooks the pool and beach and the ocean view from the living area is incomparable! The main living area is spacious with a comfortable sectional couch, a large, modern kitchen, two dining areas and a breakfast bar. The two bedrooms are both king master suites with large ensuite bathrooms. With the large open floor plan, this condo provides a great "home base" for larger groups.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making this the most personal vacation we have ever had. Every detail was carefully and thoughtfully planned—from our flights with Tropic Air to the island, to our full-day excursion to Caye Caulker, where we even had the unforgettable experience of snorkeling with sharks.The staff truly made our stay exceptional. The accommodations were first class—just steps from the beach and the pool, with a pier conveniently located for pickup to enjoy the many water excursions available. Everything about our stay was seamless and unforgettable.

Great Staff, Perfect Location and Good times

We couldn’t have had a better stay. Brittany communicated extremely well in all facets of our trip and stay. She organized a handful of activities for us, some on the day before they were scheduled. The condo we rented was well equipped and very clean. VRBO’ing to Ambergris Caye is a fun adventure for those who want to take a break from the resort scene. We will definitely return.

Mike and Brittany made everything seamless. They picked us up at San Pedro airport, gathered our luggage and assisted in getting our golf cart. Same service as we were leaving. They immediately took care of any small issues we had. Highly recommend. A golf car is a must if you want the explore the island. Brittany can give you excellent dinner tips.

Wonderful location and great people

Brittany and Mike made this trip seamless and enjoyable. They initiated communication early, helped us plan and book everything we needed, and even assisted with last-minute arrangements during the busy Christmas holiday. The location was ideal—close to town but just far enough out to enjoy some peace. The condo was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views, with a fantastic local beach bar (Coco Locos) only a few minutes away. Everything about the experience was exceptional!

This was one of the best VRBOS I have ever stayed in. The description is exactly as stated. Brittany and Mike were amazing. Anything we needed we could just ask and they set it all up for us. Provisions were at the place when we got there. Everyone was very helpful around us and friendly. Definitely go to coco locos right on the beach !! Also check out secret beach and do a snorkel! Well, our second trip in last 8 months back to this fabulous condo. I can't say enough good things about Brittany and Mike, they can take care of every need. Excellent view of reef and very close proximity to San Pedro. Many good restaurants, only 5-10 golf cart ride into town. If you love to fish this is the place!

Everything the VRBO description depicted was accurate. Great location! just away from the noisy areas and close enough to a lot of great restaurants and places to party. Pool right outside our front door and a great view of the ocean from the porch. The host took care of our needs and were easy to contact. Fantastic Island with a lot to offer for everyone.

Our daughter’s senior spring break

Our trip was for three, my wife, our daughter and myself. The positive experience started way before we arrived. We had never been to Belize and lots of questions. Brittany was always very prompt to respond, her and Mike had great suggestions and lots of tips. They handled everything we needed! Connecting flights, sailing and snorkeling trips, golf cart rental, the works! Mike picked us up after our jumper flight landed in San Pedro. He had our cart waiting and took care of all of our luggage. As we arrived at the property, Brittany was there to greet us and show us around the property. I was so impressed with how clean and well kept everything was. After the tour, she preprogrammed our phone with helpful phone numbers and gave us a map of the island with a few highlighted suggestions. I could go on about the condo, the property, the service, and the attention! If you are still looking at other properties, there’s really no need. Book this one and relax knowing that you are going to enjoy your stay.

Property is beautiful and well taken care of. With kids it was nice being right beside the pool, one could nap and the other still swim. Location was great for us, close to town but far enough away it that it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Mike, Brittany and the staff made everything so easy, picking us up at the airport, booking Tropic Air flights, setting up excursions, restaurant recommendations, setting up golf cart rental & return, refilling items needed during our stay, getting us back to the airport on our last day. We will back and definitely stay here again!

Just Stay Here, Stop Looking!

I am not sure I can add anything more than what has been said in the other reviews. Everything from the minute I booked to the minute Brittany and Mike dropped us off at the airport was 5+ stars. I really liked this particular condo, being on the 1st floor was really nice, we were steps from the pool and beach area, but it was still super quiet. View was amazing. If you go to The Landings Tres Cocos website you can easily see the different accommodations options. I was a bit confused just looking on VRBO. Definitely take Brittany and team up on their offer to help book excursions and your golf cart (a gold cart is a must!) Everything they helped us with was A+ and WAY easier than having to figure stuff out on your own! Not sure when we'll be headed back to Belize (hopefully sooner than later) but when we do, we'll be headed back here.

San Pedro Stay

The condo's are spacious and right on the waterfront, about 1/4 mi from town. It is easy to walk to town or ride carts to wherever you are going on the island. Communication was superb with Kim and Chad. The condo's are clean and lovely accomodations. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Landing at Tres Cocos.

AMAZING!

All the little things that you may worry about or need to plan on a vacation are taking care of by the brilliant couple of Chad and Kimberly. There is no need to think about anything while vacationing here. A map of great eats and cool locations are provided and any adventure you may want to try is just a phone call or email away, not to mention the beer fairy! :) We were beyond happy with this trip and already looking to return next year.

This is where you want to stay

Booking a place to stay in a new city is challenging because you do not know the area. But let me save you some time: Chad and Kimberly's place is exactly what you want out of a stay at this Caye. It was just north of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, only a 5-10 minute golf cart drive (Golf cart is an absolute must have no matter where you stay on the island). However, it is not so far north that you are isolated in the "tourist-only" areas. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy immediate access to local restaurants and shops, but also enjoy a more relaxing setting as you wind down for the night. Chad and Kimberly are immediately available for anything you need, and they have their process down to a science to make sure your trip runs smoothly. We will be back!

Fantastic service, beautiful property

From the first time talking to Kimberly she was extremely helpful and was very flexible when we had multiple flights changes. She booked all of our excursions and offered many suggestions for restaurants as well. Both Kimberly and Chad were always willing to help and provide us with anything we needed, wonderful hosts! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Our only negative comment was that we didn’t have access from a beach into the water which our kids would’ve loved and we’d prefer that too but we could’ve done more research into that ourselves before coming so it isn’t anything our hosts did wrong. The property was lovely though so we enjoyed the beautiful pool area and could just drive a few minutes to a beach. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!
