Since 2016 we have been offering in-home dinners served by our caretaker Bea. I personally trained her, as I have done with hundreds of other aspiring chefs. Bea is truly gifted, and she and I have created a menu of Belizean and Caribbean favorites, along with delicious Asian specialties. Our guests tell us we have some of the best food on the island. Why the Owner Chose San Pedro: Belize is a land of many different cultures living in an unusually harmonious way. We were mesmerized with the beauty of the Caribbean water, the sky and the island of Ambergris Caye. This was a place where we knew we wanted to be.
