Seaview Studio "Manatee" @NorthBeachRetreat

Stunning unobstructed views, 125 feet from the water with a private entrance and large veranda. The combination of vaulted hardwood ceilings, spacious room, veranda, and amazing views make this room and its twin our favorites.

This Studio is located on-site on the second floor of the main building, which has a large veranda to enjoy the nice Caribbean Breeze. Opening the main doors leads to the queen-sized bed on the right and a small sitting area to your left. The windows do come with blinds that can be left open to enjoy the view or closed for more privacy. For those days that the Tropical weather gets a little too warm, worry not, as the room does come with an A/C, so you can still enjoy your restful sleep.

Arranged tours and amenities (eg, mainland tours or massages) may be arranged before arrival with the front desk. Snorkel gear is available for rental.

Housekeeping is based on stays of 3 nights, with one housekeeping service for every three nights booked. Book 6 nights and get two housekeeping services. Let us know which dates during your stay you would like housekeeping to be done. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an additional cost.

Weekend Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at North Beach in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. 1. The location of North Beach is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the soothing sounds of the reef and the sight of pristine white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters right at my doorstep was a dream come true. 2. The accommodations at North Beach are top-notch. I stayed in a beautifully appointed villa that was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities. The attention to detail in every aspect of the villa was truly impressive. 3. The staff at North Beach went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable housekeeping and concierge services throughout my stay, their professionalism and hospitality were second to none. Overall, my weekend stay at North Beach in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, was nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend this paradise to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating escape in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

The stay was absolutely perfect!

Coming down from Raleigh its a huge switch! Almost has an OBX vibe, but even better with much less people, much less noise and just so chill. Shout out to the staff, Rosi, Angel and Josephine, they were superb! Even when i felt like i was too picky with on-site requests and the pre-arrival process, they were pretty accommodating. Highly recommend to book through Rosi to make things go smoothly, she’s so sweet! I can't wait to go back and experience this all over again... the sunny mornings and the beaches, the sea breeze. The bed was comfy & I woke up to the sun rising over the sea right Infront of me through the window. I also rented a golf cart and drove over to Secret Beach... hanging out with all the people while sipping on literal coconuts (not in bottles) was unmatched. Those three days will live in my mind until I come back
