Property not yet competed. Missing amenities and those it does have are not consistently available. Rooms are great, this is the only perk. Hot water goes from scalding to cold. Hot tub not always hot and often without jets. No gym. No restaurant. No access to sister grand caribe property. Price too high for an incomplete property. Staff still learning the service ropes. Pools are beautiful but too cold to get in. Rarely is there music. No vibe at all.

The place was so beautiful looks like the pictures and tik tok lol. The views from the room balcony and upstairs in the loft was beautiful. The room amenities was great a full kitchen, tv with apps, washer and dryer with detergent with 2 bathrooms . I stayed 3 days here and next time I think I’ll stay the whole 5 days there. People were nice staff was nice great delicious fresh food all over plus welcome drinks. I LOVED LOVED IT ITS AMAZING. Even with it raining all one day
