Guests are welcome to explore the entire estate and its grounds, including the private beach, hammocks, sun loungers, an outdoor palapa, and two dining tables that comfortably accommodate six people each. Enjoy the villa, the villa porch, and the expansive 330-foot pier!
Additionally, guests can visit our partner restaurant and bar located just south of the estate. They also provide in villa room service to all our guests! For a fee, access to the neighboring resort’s pool is available (day passes can be purchased at the office, where guests must check in for pool access).
Complimentary resort amenities are available with the purchase of food and beverages at our premier resort partner, situated 25 minutes north via golf cart. Transportation to the Villa Once on the Island:
-Golf Cart: Enjoy a complimentary escort to the villa from your concierge when renting a golf cart through one of our partnered providers. Your personal Concierge will meet you at the ferry or airport with your golf cart and an extra luggage carryall to escort you to your villa! We’ll take you on a scenic 9-mile journey from town to your private estate on the northeast side of the island.(price is calculated as a day rate)

-Taxi: Reserve a Taxi to the Estate. Rates range from sixty to eighty five US dollars, depending on the season.

We highly recommend renting a golf cart to fully explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer! We’ll assist with transporting your luggage and can stop at local grocery stores on the way to your villa, all included with your golf cart rental.

For guests with back or spine issues, we suggest opting for a taxi or boat transfer for your arrival. Your concierge can arrange your transportation with licensed and insured local cab drivers.

TO NOTE:
-On this tropical island, expect sun, rain, and bugs. Bring suitable gear like reef safe sunblock and bug repellent. Additional supplies are available for purchase at the office reception if needed.
-The road North is partially paved and can be bumpy depending on seasonal rains and the last time paved (if someone in your group has spine problems, please speak to your concierge for alternative methods of transportation such as boat and taxi transfers or a luxury golf cart for more ease and comfortability). If traveling at night, remember to switch on your golf cart lights. The road is lit up until mile 8.5.
-Please note that the island may be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns causing an influx of seaweed at the beach. During heavy production seasons we clean the Estate's beach daily (weather permitting)!

1. Complimentary Resort Access (With the Purchase of Food and Beverage): our local resort partner is just 25 mins up the beach from the Estate by golf cart. San Pedro Private Hideaway

Our Villa was so beautiful and while the property has some areas under construction it was very well organized and clean. My favorite part of our stay was our concierge Terri! She made sure we had a lovely stay and kept us informed and safe. She facilitated our transportation from the airport, to the ferry and to the villa. She also helped me book a chef to come cook for us in the villa. Without her the trip would have been good but she made it great!

Villa Azul is a stunning property, and its beachfront location made this our family’s favorite trip! We loved spending time on the beach right outside our door—it was a picture-perfect paradise. The team was incredibly kind, with Derek bringing us daily coconut water and Terri helping plan everything from stocking groceries to booking activities and transportation, which was a huge help with kids. This allowed us all to relax and enjoy quality family time without worrying about trip details. Being outside of town was a great bonus, offering peace and tranquility, for a chance to escape our busy lives. Highly recommend staying here—thank you, ALOM!

Amazing!! We Will Be back!

Staying at Villa Azul, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in lean luxury and serene elegance. The villa was impeccably designed, blending modern comfort with the stunning natural beauty of Belize. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could ask for! ALOMs location is the showstopper, nestled away from town, we were in a tranquil oasis that was our own private paradise. The peace & quiet allowed us to unwind fully and immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. Traveling to the north side of the island gave us a chance to explore so much we couldn’t experience being in town. We found hidden beaches & local eats, all without the crowds. Highly recommend for the most authentic Belizian experience!

Paradise

We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer! The home and the grounds were lovely, clean, and so well maintained. As advertised, it is far from town (45 minutes by golf cart) - but there are plenty of restaurants and beaches close by. And the staff makes it very easy to access everything - they were very communicative before and throughout the stay. Terri arranged a golf cart for us and escorted us from the water taxi to the home (and smartly suggested we stop for groceries on the way). We kayaked, fished from the pier, got picked up right on our beach for an excursion, did a day trip to secret beach, and walked/carted to dinners. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely adored this place and the vacation as a whole. The property is beautiful and so clean. Your hostess is amazing and responds to everything and every question. If you’re adventurous, you can find plenty to eat in the area. The grounds are lovely and there is so much to see and do.

Very clean quiet place. Perfect for our family. Enjoyed having the private peer and beach area. And the fresh coconut water! Host was very helpful in arranging activities, water taxi etc. about 8 miles from town but takes around 45 minutes to get here. We enjoyed not having to deal with the busy city

An amazing stay!

From the time I booked the home owner Sari and partner concierge Terri were amazing and super attentive and responsive to me. Terri was very helpful with answering all my questions. Picked me up on time at the airport. I was sooo hungry and lightheaded I asked for fish and Terri took me to Elvi’s kitchen. It was an amazing first meal. Definitely go! We took the golf cart and made a few stops and Terri was showing me around and pointfing out places to see. Terri gladly took me to stop at the stores to grab a few things and we took a 40min 8.5mile ride to the Villa. A bit bumpy towards mile 5 I think but it was a new adventure I was ready for! The Villa is gorgeous just like the pictures. Bring bug spray cause the mosquitoes are also gonna welcome you quickly. Terri helped me in and we went over expectations for my stay. Terri also prestocked fridge with Belikin beers, cokes and a 10gl bottle for the water cooler. I had left a small bag in the airport Terri even got it back! My cart broke down on me twice and Derrick the grounds keeper quickly came to my rescue. He also brought me fresh coconut water whenever I wanted. Karla keeps the house beautiful and was is sooo super sweet and great to chat with. I’m greatful for all of them. The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding a bar to the sliding door so it feels more secure and a curtain to create more privacy as ppl working walk thru and I was a women alone. Other than that completely safe and so quiet.

Property is well away from town, but worth it as it's well appointed with the luxuries of home and a paradise view. The concierge, housekeeping and laundry services put this one over the top. Highly recommend.
