Fantastic holiday apartment with sea view on the best stretch of Costa del Sol
A warm welcome to our wonderful, newly renovated apartment in Marina de la Alcaidesa, just 5 minutes on foot from the ocean.
The apartment has fantastic views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea, a large sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom each, completely new and modern furniture, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, 24 h security, underground parking with lift and the closest pool is just 20 meters away.
Relax by one of the 4 pools or down by the beautiful, pristine beach (blue flag) which never gets crowded.
There are 2 golf courses within walking distance, one of which is southern Spain's only links course.
Several other well-known golf courses, such as Valderrama and San Roque Club can be reached within 15-20 min. by car.
Alcaidesa's location on a gentle slope towards the ocean is absolutely beautiful, surrounded on two sides by national parks, mountains towards the inland and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea.
This part of the Costa del Sol is much less touristic than further up north and never gets crowded. In addition to that, the climate is great with very mild winters and a cooling sea breeze during the hotter months.
The location is also a perfect starting point for exploring Andalusia. There is so much to see close by, for example Gibraltar (20 min. by car), Tarifa with fantastic surf waves and an amazing white beach (45 min.), Sotogrande with a very nice marina and several very good restaurants (15 min) or why not head over to Africa for a day or two?

Great place !
Really pretty property. We needed to get into Gibraltar for the island games and it worked out well for us. The only drawback was with the property manger, Elaine. She was not very helpful. But we managed. I believe they are changing property managers so it should improve.

Todo bien, pero no estaba lo limpio que uno esperaría por el precio que paga por la limpieza Y las circunstancia en la que estamos.

Wonderful appartment in a calm neighborhood.
Jonas was a nice host. He answers quick and friendly. Everything was as expected. Even better (: Alcaidesa has no touristic centre like other cities what we really enjoyed, but a car is absolutely necessary. There is a nice beach restaurant in walking distance. The beach is long, wide and natural.

Great appartment at unique location
We really enjoyed our stay at Jonas's appartment. The appartment is spacious, new and has all the amenities you need to make your stay a good one. The kitchen is supplied with sufficient pans, plates, cups, utensils and all the other equipment you need for a decent stay. A big plus is the second bathroom when you are a party of four. Unfortunately we could not use the airco as the remote control seemed to be lost
The appartment block has a private parking space in the garage underneath it and there are four swimming pools very close by. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the appartment and can be seen from the kitchen window. Via mail Jonas is very responsive and he takes great care in assuring your stay at his appartment is perfect.
