A wonderful villa for memorable family holidays. The house is set in a large plot of 3500 m2, has a beautiful garden that is full of fruit trees, with a wonderful and private large swimming pool.
Built in the Andalusian style around an indoor courtyard there are five Double bedrooms all with private en-bathrooms over two stories. There is a well-equipped family kitchen and a large separate lounge and dining room and Study
The space
The top floor contains 2 double bedrooms ( En-suite ) and a large study area and adjoining terrace.
Downstairs there 3 double bedrooms (Ensuite) which includes the master suite which leads directly to the pool area, plus a guest toilet.
All bedrooms and interior living areas have Aircon and TV
Located in the much-desired area of “The Kings & Queens “and a five minute walk to Sotogrande Port for access to the bars and restaurants this exclusive area has to offer.
