This modern and sophisticated apartment features 3 large bedrooms, each decorated with tasteful, elegant touches.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace.

The other bedroom also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds) that shares a second bathroom.

The living room is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.

La Alcaidesa is strategically located near various popular destinations. The apartment is just 20 minutes from the port city of Algeciras, and Cádiz is a 90-minute drive away. It is also close to charming Andalusian villages and some of Spain’s most beautiful beaches. Ideal for day trips, beachgoers, and those exploring the southern coastline.

The property is located in an exclusive residential complex in La Alcaidesa.

Access is by car only.

You can use the community’s private parking lot.

You’ll also have access to the community pool.

There is air conditioning and heating.

The accommodations are equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 cleaning kit
Free welcome coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of paper towels
We provide 6 towels (1 per guest) for the pool or beach
If you need additional assistance, we are here to help.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will result in a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
