The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 1-bedroom 1-bathroom Guesthouse. Walking distance (5 minute walk) to the center of the beautiful Puerto de La Libertad. Two blocks away from central Park, businesses, police station, Sunset Amusement Park-Surf City 🎡🎢BEACH and surf spots 🏄‍♂️, restaurants, night club and night entertainment (5 minutes walk) You can also take a 15 minute drive to El Tunco 🐷🏖
The space
This guesthouse is very spacious, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. The house has no adjacent walls to the other houses or neighbors. It has huge Patio with Mango trees (you can enjoy the fruit if you like during season) and it can park up to 4 cars without a problem. You will see birds, squirrels and stray cats running around on the trees or roof. Washer and dryer are located behind the house to reduce noise.

Everything was perfect! Sandy helped with all the random questions I had about the property and the area. And her cousin Jose who's the grounds keeper was very helpful also. I had a light bulb go out and he was ready to come fix it that day (it wasn't affecting me at all so it was no rush). Jose also stops by the grounds every day to clean the leaves that fall from the trees keeping everything very clean.
