Located on Avenida de Felipe Iv, in the heart of the popular neighbourhood of Amara, the flat, complete and recently renovated, combines the comfort of well-kept facilities with an enviable location, perfectly connected to the centre of San Sebastian, just five minutes from the Anoeta stadium and surrounded by all kinds of services that will make your stay more comfortable.

With a modern and large kitchen connected to a spacious living room, the flat has two bedrooms, the first double, the second single; it also has a sofa-bed, a small balcony, bathroom and office with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, the facilities are completed with a practical parking space located in a neighbouring building just 150 metres from the entrance.
