The area is quiet and safe and the apartment is only 2 minutes walking distance to the famous La Concha beach. It is the perfect starting point for you to discover all areas of the city.
Only 2 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries and many cafes, restaurants and pintXo bars.
