The hotel is nice. Right on the boardwalk next to the beach. And the location in town is perfect. We had a city view and it was fine. Service was good and the restaurant and bar were great. The only issues we had were that the shower head leaked and shot water onto the floor and that the TV didn’t work. We wouldn’t have noticed that the tv didn’t work if it hadn’t have rained and forced us inside for a day.

San Sebastián Stay

Great location on La Concha beach and promenade! Very nice room and views. Service excellent, and free access to gym down the promenade was fantastic. Prices a bit high in the lounge but we ate out so not affecting us. A++ would stay again for sure.

Can’t beat the location

Best location in San Sebastián. Best viewing balconies for the fireworks during semana grande. Bed was very firm. Water pressure in shower was good. Great beach watching and walking distance from everything.

Hotel is situated in an excellent position. Hotel needs to upgrade / refurbish the rooms & lobby area. Only the bathrooms look like they have been fixed up. Furniture old, beds very uncomfortable, found mattress awful. Over priced, paying for the position.

Perfect location, lovely public areas. First room we were given was a 1st floor accessible room (and neither of us need such a room); the AC seemed to not work well here either. When we asked for a new room the lady on front desk seemed quite dismissive and said our room wasn’t accessible (room 120, it certainly is…), but did let us see a room on the 6th floor. Much nicer room, working AC, and the room finishing looked better / more recently painted too. Plus there was construction outside which we could hear from the 6th, suspect much louder on the 1st… overall much better and a nice stay just unsure why we were even given this inferior room at first at all.
