The view is crazy AMAZING! Wow, I am so very happy we choice Mercure San Sebastion Monte Igueldo in Basque Country, Spain. It was like we took a step back in time with this charming town and this fabulous hotel. We very much enjoyed the mini-carnival that accompanies the hilltop with the hotel. It was fun to ride a 1-minute rollercoaster that dipped and turned to show off the cliff views of the ocean and town. How a little carnival can fit in with a sophisticated property is unclear, yet they managed to do it grandly. We will be back!
