The Sstar apartment stands out both for its two terraces and for its decoration in the city center. Located on the first floor of a recently built building, the building has all the comforts of a modern building, with a large elevator and optional parking in the same building.



Located just 400 meters from La Concha beach, the apartment stands out for its two terraces: The northeast terrace, with direct access from the living room and the master bedroom, has a "chill-out" area to have a drink during summer months. The southeast terrace, with direct access from the other two bedrooms and the kitchen, offers an additional space equipped with two loungers, and a table for 6 people. It also has an electric awning to protect you from the sun on the hottest days of summer.



The interior of the house is carefully decorated and offers a spacious living room, three double bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with comfortable showers. The apartment's kitchen is independent, equipped with new appliances and a table for 6 people. The living room offers direct access to the northeast terrace. It has a large-format Smart TV, a six-seater sofa, an armchair and air conditioning for the hottest days of summer.

The location was great, we were able to walk to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants, cathedral, hiking. We felt safe, the area was clean. The people were mostly friendly, we knew very little Spanish so communication was a little challenging at times but most people were willing to work with us. Thoroughly enjoyed out week!

There is plenty of communal space, including 2 terraces. We couldn't fault it! It also is only 5 minutes from the beach and a lovely walk through tree lined streets to the old town, but with lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearer too.

Checking in the office was super easy and the staff was helpful. This unit was a bit tricky to find because there are two streets named the same, except one is alto where this is located. It’s right across from the Catalonia hotel Donostia. Super clean and great amenities.

Plenty of space and two balconies to enjoy the sunshine. The kettle didn’t work. There was only one toilet roll for 5 people! A welcome pack would be good, with basics. More dishwasher tablets too.

As a group of 5 young professionals from London, we enjoyed a really lovely stay at this apartment!.

Upon arrival, it was very clean and spacious. Three lovely bedrooms (two facing onto the main balcony one with an ensuite). Great location from which to explore the city, and an easy walk to and from the beach. Supermarket very nearby. Also, for any surfers reading, it was an easy 15 minute walk to Zurriola, where we had a great experience hiring boards with Hawaii Surf Shop! Thanks so much for such a lovely week

Great place! Note that if you are planning on walking the whole time, this is up on a hill a bit, and the climb may be a bit much for some. The place is quite nice, although for me the view from the balconies gave the impression it was a bit higher up than it is. It is roughly street level in a newer neighborhood. Overall a nice place, and with onsite parking if you need which is a huge plus.

Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it It would be nice to find a few condiments in the kitchen - salt and pepper at the very least, maybe a few tea bags and a small carton of milk. If you turn right out of the apartment there is a lift, which takes you down to street level (in fact the street where the key collection is) but nobody mentioned this, and we came across it accidentally. But all in all, we were very happy with the apartment.

Very helpful team. Think they could make the address a bit clearer- g o o g l e maps couldn’t find it! But apartment was great, exactly as described and in great location for beach and old town. Also the team was very helpful when I left my passport behind!
