The staff was courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, I liked the balcony and view (even if it looked inland and not seaward) and it was located close to where I wanted to be. The restaurants in the area were a bit pricey (but good), so I appreciated the continental breakfast being substantial enough I didn't have to pay a premium someplace else in the morning. Internet wasn't great; but I don't blame them, it's a tough spot for that. I could get email, but had trouble streaming anything. Next time I'll download something to watch in advance (they have direct tv but I'm spoiled by video on demand streaming services.) I'll stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

I had a very nice time. The broom was awesome with the balcony. The only problem was not their problem. It was mine. I have a bad back, but I wanted the upstairs view of the ocean, so I had to walk up the stairs. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

A balcony room was requested but received a bottom floor room. There was black mold in the bathroom around the bathtub. The caulking around the bathtub faucet was all cracked with mold growing around it. The cover on the plastic shower faucet was missing. The shower curtain bar had been moved and the screw holes had not been filled in and mold was in the holes. The toilet backed up and had to move to another room.

My famil y & I stayed at this quaint hotel for 2 nights.(rm.104) Although it was cute & accessible, I did notice a few missing & important details. Phone didn't function correctly, missing knob on the AC/heating unit, & balcony door was very difficult to lock & unlock. .
