1. The hallway to my room was not well lit, evening and daytime. This is key, because when entering our room there is a two inch step up to the door. The threshold does not meet the floor as it has a slight slope. We tripped several times upon entering. 2. We had an issue with entering the room and extending the door wide open. Upon closing, the vibration from the door would cause the mechanism in the fireplace to rattle and make a vibrating noise. Not pleasant. 3. The hotel needs to invest in an electric car charger station, preferably three, at least two. When we were there, I notice at least 6 electric automobiles (could have been more). Many of the adjacent hotels have two or three stations for their guests. The front desk did offer a 110 outlet next to the reception entrance door. That is not appropriate for the number of guests with electric cars. 4. Not worth $500 a night.

Has a nice stay. Location was the best! Wake up and walk directly accross the street to the ocean board walk. Room decor cool. Wish we had booked a room with a deck. Lots to explore in the area. Very friendly town. Maids where very helpful.

So first of all, I have stayed at many hotels on Moonstone Beach. So I made reservations and booked a room with 2 queen beds as I was traveling with daughter and son in law. There was no lock on the bathroom door and was walked in by my son in law wiping myself, yes wiping myself and totally embarrassed. Then there was no microwave. Lastly I paid in advance for 2 queen beds and when we returned to room late to sleep we had 2 full size beds!!!!! To say the least it was very disappointing and will not book there again. Wanted to complain at checkout, but too many quests in checkout office.
